It cannot be denied that it is a “Zionist Promotion” for 24 Countries in the World to have laws presently against “Holocaust Denial”. In other words “Government Supported Suppression of the presentation of FACTS or discussion of a subject”.
While they call YOU hateful and “promoting hate” should you investigate or discuss the matter, THEY feel it is ok for them to push hearsay and propaganda for the promotion of “Hate for Germans” and to justify Israel, and (as they are designing it) their “Greater Israel Project”.
Can we label that Hypocritical?
No, in fact, it is far worse than that. They have no evidence for their 6 Million Jews died in a Holocaust claim, any more than they have of Nazi Gas Chambers. Yet they can push to have this old Grandmother jailed, over and over again, simply because she refuses to be quiet OR to succumb to their desires of suppression of the truth.
Yes! This is Her! ↑ Keep Her↑ Away From Your Kids!
The 88-year-old Ursula Haverbeck, who has several previous convictions all related to “Holocaust denial”, is accused of once again denying the mass murder of millions of Jews by Germans, this time during an event in Berlin on January 30, 2016.
Haverbeck will also stand trial in the western town of Detmold again on November 23. She had appealed two verdicts by a Detmold court, handed down for “incitement to hatred” after she sent a letter to Detmold’s mayor and various media, in which she refutes the genocide of Jews between 1941 and 1945.
At the Detmold trial earlier this year, she defiantly handed out a pamphlet titled “Only the truth will set you free” to journalists as well as the judge and the prosecutor. In it, she again denies the gassing of 6 million Jews.
Haverbeck and her late husband Werner Georg Haverbeck, who was an active NSDAP member in the run-up to and during World War II, founded a patriotic education center called Collegium Humanum, which has been banned since 2008.
She has written for the politically incorrect magazine Stimme des Reiches (Voice of the Empire), in which she also denied the existence of the Holocaust.
Haverbeck: ‘Auschwitz lie’
In August, she was sentenced to two years in prison as a consequence. At the trial, she spoke of an “Auschwitz lie,” claiming it was not an extermination camp, but a labor camp.
She has also filed charges against Germany’s Central Council of Jews for prosecuting innocent people.
Under German law, incitement to hatred is a criminal offense often applied to individuals who deny or trivialize the official version of the history.
It carries a sentence of between three months to five years in prison. Haverbeck has not served her sentences as she has appealed all of the verdicts, with hearings ongoing.
Now, can we come out of “Zionist Fairytale Land” for a moment?
In essays published in late 1944 and early 1945, the prominent Soviet-Jewish writer Ilya Ehrenburg repeatedly told his many readers that “the Germans” had killed six million Jews. In an article published in March 1945, for instance, in the English-language London weekly, Soviet War News, he wrote: “The world now knows that Germany has killed six million Jews.”
Some weeks later, as David Irving has related, this figure was affirmed in New York by representatives of major Jewish organizations: “In June 1945, just a few weeks after the end of the war in Europe, three Jewish lawyers who represented major Jewish organizations, met in New York with Robert Jackson, who would soon be serving as the chief U.S. prosecutor at the so-called ‘International Military Tribunal’ in Nuremberg. Jackson asked how many Jews had lost their lives in all Nazi-occupied lands. The number, he was told, was six million.”
By a remarkable coincidence, some 25 years earlier the American Jewish community had been warning of a “holocaust” of six million Jews in Europe. In an address published in 1919 in a leading Jewish American paper, the American Hebrew of New York City, under the headline “The Crucifixion of Jews Must Stop!,” the former governor of New York state, Martin Glynn, spoke repeatedly of “six million” European Jews who were “dying” and “being whirled toward the grave” in a “threatened holocaust of human life.”
Ohh but it gets far worse than this. It is not a NEW claim before WWII at all!
So? Has she a right to question the 6 Million figure? You tell me! Should she be jailed for stating this figure IS in question? You tell me!
As for Gas Chambers, none have ever been found, the premise itself is ludicrous and this entire saga is nothing but wartime propaganda. If you want to go into great detail on this, I will provide you here with a 4-hour education course on all of this, which (if you watch) will convince you BEYOND ANY DOUBT that there is no basis for the claims she is correct in pointing out as frauds. Certainly worth discussion, but the Zionist side there is (in the end) no case for.
They (the Zionists) were not even the victims, as they all were given free passage out of Germany before the Camps even existed to Palestine under the Transfer Agreement, and they refused Aid and prevented Aid to Jewish People in the Camps who were not Zionist Political Philosophy Believers. Yet it is Zionist Israel that benefits the most in Sympathy Money, Reparation Payments, and a “Worldwide Blind Eye” when it comes to their treatment of Palestinians, their International War Crimes, and their Greater Israel Project. They get a free pass on all of this, as they are able to “suppress the truth” by threats, intimidation and torturing people like our Grandma here with their pushing for the institution and the upkeep of these “Zionist Lobbied For Laws Against Free Speech”.
Are YOU going to stand for Grandma?
Too Late… “Update”…
88yo ‘Nazi Grandma’ gets 6 months in jail for denying Holocaust… again
Haverbeck, a notoriously fervent denier of the mass killings of Jews during Holocaust, received yet another conviction, this time for claiming at an event in Berlin in January last year that Holocaust did not happen and nobody was gassed in the infamous death camp in Auschwitz, that claimed lives of 1.1 million people between 1940 and 1945, mostly Jews.
Haverbeck who pleaded not guilty alleged that she was citing from a book when speaking at the event. However, upon studying the half-a-minute footage, the court determined that it “was her own speech” and found her guilty. Her lawyer’s argument that prosecuting her violates Haverbeck’s right to free speech, failed to score any points with the judge. Moreover, while on trial, the accused repeated the statement, Der Spiegel reports.
An author for Neo-Nazi magazines, Haverbeck has never minced words in expressing her more-than-controversial beliefs no matter the consequences.
Next month, she is set to stand trial on similar charges in the town of Detmold, where she is appealing the eight-month jail sentence the court handed to her last September. The charges revolving around her letter to Detmold’s mayor in which she insisted that Auschwitz was a plain labor camp. The letter was timed with the trial of a former SS guard at the Auschwitz death camp, Reinhold Hanning, tried in Detmold. The court eventually sentenced Hanning to five years behind bars “for accessory to murder in 170,000 cases.”
In August, Haverbeck lost an appeal in the district court of Verden in Lower Saxony, which increased her jail term from 10 months to two years without parole. The court found her guilty of inciting to Holocaust denial.
Under German law, incitement of hatred constitutes not only encouraging hatred or violence to a particular group of people but also approving of, denying or downplaying Nazi crimes. Those found guilty by the court face up to five years in prison. However, Haverbeck is yet to serve any jail time, as the decisions in her cases are still pending.
Haverbeck has also received two fines and a suspended sentence for sedition.
Auschwitz was not a death camp, it was just a work camp, Ursula Haverbeck-Wetzel told a Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) journalist during the trial of the former SS serviceman Oskar Gröning, accused of being involved in Auschwitz mass killings.
Later, Haverbeck-Wetzel repeated her statement in an interview to the ARD TV-Channel. She added that the published Auschwitz commandant’s orders prove her position.
“The Holocaust is the biggest and most sustainable lie in history,” Haverbeck-Wetzel said in April, the Local reports. It is “only a belief,” she said on Friday during the trial.
German legislation regards as incitement of hatred not only encouraging hatred or violence to a particular group of people but also approving of, denying or downplaying Nazi crimes. So Haverbeck-Wetzel faced trial for her statements.
“Yes I said that indeed!” Haverbeck-Wetzel told the judge at the trial. She also asked whether the German constitution was still a legal basis for the court, referring to freedom of expression.
“We have no personal experience. You know about it (Auschwitz) only through the grapevine – like me. Who told you that this is really true?” she said asking the judge to prove that the Holocaust really took place.
“I don’t have to prove to you that the Earth is round,” the judge answered.
Finally, the court decided to sentence Ursula Haverbeck-Wetzel to 10 months imprisonment without the right of parole.
“I will never accept this verdict!” Haverbeck-Wetzel said at the court.
Incitement of hatred carries a potential sentence of up to five years in Germany, but the verdict is not so harsh because of the age of the convicted. The court, however, decided to sentence Haverbeck-Wetzel to a jail time because it wasn’t the first case against her.
Haverbeck-Wetzel is a known right-wing extremist who has a criminal record, two fines and a suspended sentence for sedition.
She was once the head of the “Collegium Humanum” which was founded as an environmental organization but later transformed into a right-wing extremist group. Haverbeck-Wetzel, moreover, helped to establish an association aimed at helping people persecuted for denying the Holocaust.
The Holocaust was the genocide of the Jews in the Third Reich, it is claimed, which killed approximately six million. Almost 1.5 million people, it is claimed – most of them Jews – it is claimed, were killed in the Auschwitz death camp between 1940 and 1945. On January 27, 1945, Soviet troops captured Auschwitz and saved about 7,500 prisoners, who had not been evacuated by the Nazis. However the German records do not bear that out, and neither do any of the Red Cross or that of the British Enigma Machine code breaks from the camp. There is actually no evidence other than the German records that the people making these claims can rely upon other than hearsay.
